All payments for our website bookings are taken at time of booking, and your booking will be confirmed by email.

Cancellation/Amendments:

There will be no cancellation charges if cancelled 2 days before arrival date otherwise the first night will be charged.
All cancellations must be made in writing or via email and confirmed by an email from the hotel.
The email from our hotel will confirm the amount to be refunded.

Keys - Loss or damage
£50.00 charge.

Extended Stay:
If you wish to extend beyond the end date of a booking, you need to give us prior notice and we will confirm the next period of stay subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to extend your stay in your current/preferred property. If it is not possible to extend we will try to accommodate you elsewhere. 1 week notice required for any early termination. Any overpayment will be refunded. If you provide notice less than 1 week in advance, you will be charged for a full week.

Late or Non Payment
If for any reason you are behind on payments or if you do not produce a valid booking confirmation, we reserve the right to remove your possessions and place them in storage for your collection at one of our offices and/or withdraw your accommodation.

Conduct
Guests are asked to respect the comfort and security of others and the property. In the event of any guest causing a nuisance to the neighbours, staff, or other guests or otherwise mistreating the property, they will be required to leave immediately.

Flexistay and its associated companies shall have no liability in respect of any additional costs, losses or damages existing out of our control in relation to relocation of accommodation.

Acceptance of keys during the check-in procedure is taken as an additional agreement to the above Terms & Conditions
