Non-Refundable Policy - Full Non-Refundable Payment taken at time of booking or thereafter.  All bookings are non-refundable.  If the booking is cancelled, the payment will not be refunded.  

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation/Amendments:
Any cancellations will result in loss of deposit. Any cancellations within 6weeks of arrival will result in loss of the full balance.

No amendments to be made within six weeks of arrival. Amendments made before six weeks of arrival are acceptable but will incur a £35 admin charge.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing or via email and will be confirmed by email.

Keys - Loss or damage
£50.00 charge.

You will be billed for any items broken or missing from the lodges.

Pitches:

Guests are responsible for booking the correct size pitch. If a guest is unsure about which pitch to book, they may email with their vehicle/tent dimensions to ensure the correct sized pitch.

Wheal Rodney takes no responsibility for any incorrectly booked pitches where a guest has not checked, or the guest has given the wrong dimensions and a refund will not be given.

Dogs: Guest are allowed to have a pet at Wheal Rodney Holiday Park. Dogs must be registered when booking the holiday, and must not pose a threat or nuisance to other guests.

For the safety and comfort of all guests, it is mandatory for dog owners to keep their pets on a lead and under control when on-site at all times. This measure ensures a secure environment and promotes responsible pet ownership.

Additionally, all dog owners are required to promptly clean up after their pets and properly dispose of any waste. This practice helps maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the park, fostering a pleasant environment for all guests.

Any dog owners not adhering to the rules will be asked to leave without refund

Conduct

Guests are asked to respect the comfort and security of others at Wheal Rodney Holiday Park. In the event of any guest causing a nuisance to the neighbours, staff, other guests or otherwise mistreating the property, they will be required to leave immediately with no refund.

Wheal Rodney and its associated companies shall have no liability in respect of any additional costs, losses or damages existing out of our control in relation to relocation of accommodation.
